We do not outsource fabrication or resell parts made by someone else. We build the entire line ourselves. That includes the extruder, die head, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off unit, cutter, and socketing machine. One manufacturer. One line. No mismatched parts from three different vendors. We make both single-screw and twin-screw machines. Some buyers need a simple, reliable setup for HDPE or PPR pipe. Others need a heavy-duty twin-screw line for rigid PVC or CPVC at high output. We build for both, and we customise every machine to the pipe size, material, and output the buyer actually needs.
