We don't have any true anechoic measurements of the final speakers yet, but here is an on-axis measurement at 1m from my very-well-damped-but-still-not-anechoic measurement corner in the workshop. This is not 100% correct anywhere, but not extremely off either.

Probably a few dB gain in the bottom end - but they really do go to 20hz in-room. :) At the listening position you would see even more gain / level from 150-200hz and down of course.

And zooming in on the bass down to 10hz.
-3dB at around 17hz, -6dB at something like 12hz?

Again this is with some room gain.

A few minutes of video of the Saranna from our room at the Oslo Hifi Show this weekend, apparently filmed by a gentleman from China(?). My apologies for the "hifi" music :D - most of the time we didn't choose the music, people were free to control both what to play as well as the volume. :)

Thx a lot for sharing Torbjørn
Definitely not the best of rooms you had to deal with there o_O

And there were some crazy rooms, hardly possible to get any good music out of some of these rooms .....

Are you planning to come to the "Horten Fair" too? hope to be there :)

Amazing speaker. Shame the front driver is... not pretty. Get a grille on that thing STAT! Curious, was an eARC port ever a consideration? With no mention of decoders, I'm assuming the optical and coaxial input ports support only two channel PCM, Yes? Care must be taken to make sure optical/coaxial connected devices are outputting two channel PCM signals. Without derailing the thread any further, I'd suggest those concerned with LFE output read page five of the following thread concerning LFE:

With regards to inputs, I always recommend our customers to think of our speakers as speakers with built in power amplifiers. So you will need a preamp / processor / source with volume control in front of it. This makes the product a lot more future proof. If you purchase a speaker at this price it should (in my opinion) still just work a decade later, regardless of advancements in streaming technologies, HDMI protocols and whatnot.

With regards to looks: The coax is probably a love and hate thing, yes. I think it looks menacing and awesome, and I suspect it might give you a different vibe if you see it in real life. Either way, it cleans up nicely with the grille. :)

I think if the veneer was present on the front as well as the sides and the grille was round and only covered the speaker, it might look better still in every color. Nobody would want for anything in a 2.0 setup using these speakers for sure. Some may want to connect multiple devices through a TV to them which is why I mentioned the eARC port.

Well, the play between the different finishes (paint and veneer) is part what makes it stand apart a bit, although in subtle ways, especially in the black version since the colors are so similar. Both finishes are very high quality and reflects quite a bit of light despite not being a gloss finish. I think this looks way better than if it just had a uniform finish, but that will always be a matter of opinion of course. :)

A guy at the recent Hifi show took some good pictures showing the finish (stolen from here: https://www.my-hiend.com/vbb/showthread.php?13441/page13)

Most reasonably high-end TVs will also have a digital out (coaxial and/or optical). In my living room I have a tiny Topping E70 Velvet DAC fed with optical from the TV. Works like a charm.
