The front page story is about the US calling for UN action against Syria. It mentions something about Arab observers in Syria ... I don't think they like what they are observing. I skimmed only part of that story.

I'd rather take my chances in Syria than eat cereal. Harrr-tewy!

It's a body fat % that I think I want to hit. 15% is ideal and probably out of reach. 23% is average for this country. If I hit 240lbs at 20% body fat that leaves me close to my current 190 lbs of lean body mass. That would be cool with me. I'm using my career high of 282.2 lbs as my starting point. I hit that just a bit before Christmas. It was time to do something drastic ... like eat less.

I recommend gently placing it onto a napkin or paper towel to help wick away the moisture from it. Yeah...I have some experience with this.
