Great movie. I just watched Kung Fu Panda 2 tonight. Another really good movie, and quite a few scenes with thundering bass.

I saw that last week. I don't think that I was in the right mood for it, as it didn't do much for me. I thought the animation was excellent, but I didn't like the story as much as the first.

Had a really wonderful morning today, decided to take the bus to work today.... and... well before this I had to clean up the outside area as I forgot a plastic bag with garbage outside the front door, so birds had picked on this to leave the mess all over..... and then the bus decided not to arrive..... so I had to wait 30 minutes for the next one.....

  • My debit card had been deactivated because I wasn't using it. I found this out because I tried to use it. :rolleyes:
  • I called my credit union four weeks ago to get it reactivated. They couldn't do that because it had expired, but they'd send me out a new one in (I thought she said) 7-10 days. This took about 20 minutes to work through, mostly on hold, but the woman on the phone was very clear that I was getting a new one sent to me.
  • I was going to call and check on it, as it had been longer than that, but then I got inspired to do it after receiving a note in the mail on Saturday that my community mailbox had been recently vandalized and to contact people if I had been expecting a credit card. Sweet.
  • I checked my account, and there wasn't any unusual activity. So, I called this morning. Fast forward another 20ish minutes, and they never sent me a new card because they can't. I have to apply online for one.
So, I applied online and am anticipating being told in a month that I need to come into the credit union to apply for one. :rolleyes: :D

Well, at least I know that it wasn't stolen. :)

Good to hear that I don't live in the only country with horrible, crappy, customer service, sweet story Adam :p

Yeah, that's why I was curious. There is tons of buzz down here about her, but, I just don't see it going mainstream because of her demeanor - nothing wrong with that, but, she doesn't share that same 'pop' of people like Adele or Lily Allen...but we shall see. Audioholics is my key to regular people haha (believe it or not, your the most normal bunch I know).
