Forget the wall mounted speakers . . .

Convince him that he needs the T-2 system! Let him pick his choice of the 30 real wood veneers. :D

Very neat Idea, I also saw someone that put a picture frame around a Plasma TV with the same type of on wall setup. it all went together very well like the things were supposed to be hanging there on the wall

Too funny, I had just priced out a frame online for my plasma, well after I saw the price tags of some of the so called pro ones ($1500). I priced mine at $60. More of a coincidence I just received the price list from RBH on in wall speakers in my email :)

I hope so... I like the look now but with the frame I think it will give it a little something more....

I also wish I had the cash to drop on the Si-6100's from RBH but I think it will be more like the MC series...

everyone always wants that next step up...thats how they hook us on this hobby, by someone is always coming out with the higher level and it adds that "got to have" illusion

hey guys, i got an offer from another company to supply the sound system in my dad's HT. he's trying to offer the b&w / onkyo combo (previous guy was rbh / yamaha) i asked him the prices of his front towers and found out that his b&w 703? (7++ series) price was comparable to the rbh signature series front tower.

head to head between the rbh sig series front tower and the b&w 7 series ... whats your comments?

RBH ;) That Signature line is tough to beat The B&W may have a nicer looking enclosure but as my wife say's to me It's whats inside that counts ;)

The last statement here is one to really think about.
If you buy a new Runco, for the warranty to be in effect it must be installed by a Runco dealer/installer.

Brian,

Where did you get this information? I thought it was a wild requirement and told a dealer in Portland about my Runco doubts. He said absolutely the projectors are warrantied, no matter who installs them, if they are purchased from an authorized dealer (which he was).

RLA, i have this audiophile buddy who said his b&w 603 had a "different" sound than most other entry level speakers of its class -> which gave me the idea that b&w maybe had the quality to match rbh.

unrelated question:
is there a dumb version (comparable in price) of rbh (entry level) that matches the infinity primus series? i dont want to buy my infinity and then decide to upgrade later on (the who bought the 603 above dumped his similar speakers just for the 'different' sound)

btw, different in terms of audio music

SI-760 MSRP $625 each
I see your custom installer is recommending the RBH line I would say that this is a good indication that this person values his clients and puts quality over more profit. I can say for a fact that there are many other lines that offer more margin But none that I can think of that offer more value to a consumer.

I use RBH in one of my systems and I have many brands to choose from. This SI-760 was mounted on the wall and a shadow box will be built around it
What's the easiest way to build a shadow box like that? That looks sharp, and hopefully I'll be picking up some 760's shortly.
