Hello.

I have a 5 inch vintage Pioneer driver, from a CS-63DX system.

1970's I think.

It probably wouldn't seem like anything special to you since it's just a vintage speaker, but, I really like it, and want to fix it.

It works, but when I turn it up to high volumes it either shuts off and turns on intermittently or breaks up the sound while playing.

I can't replace it, and I don't really want to replace it's cone either, unless it wouldn't affect the sound quality if I replaced the cone?

What should I do?
