Grace Potter and the Nocturnals - This is Somewhere. Great CD. She's a very talented performer live, a fine singer influenced by others like Bonnie Raitt and Janis Joplin, in the classic-blues-rock style. In performances she has been misinterpreted as being drunk, but she's actually nearly blind and tries to cover but stumbles and bumps into things sometimes.

It took a total of 1 note to get me hooked on Pearl Jam, and you've listed it's song in your lineup.

Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds on SACD.
I have that too. I just got through listening to it a few days ago. I just came home with a 12" of Bronski Beat Smalltown Boy and as soon as that's done Gloria Estefan Turn The Beat Around is going on.

When this music was 'in' I didn't have a real stereo.

Ever since I heard him nearly two years ago I've been following "MattRach" on youtube off an on....

Hook your computer up to your system and crank it to normal listening levels - good audio quality with nice bass level mix.

Son Volt - American Central Dust. A somewhat somber, but appealing set of rural tunes. 20 years after Uncle Tupelo, Ferrar isn't phoning it in yet. This is his first on Rounder Records and is more countrified than recent albums like Okema and The Search. Sound is good, clean and not overproduced.
