You know, I've never heard of a Cuban Pizza, but I can see a Frijoles negroes with masas fritas pizza. Instead of pizza dough, use green plantains fried up till it can be mashed together into a pie, the add the frijoles and masas and some ajo Y cebollas molido....Stick it in the oven... hmmmm. we may have something here.

Ham and green bell pepper is a great combo.

I have to admit I'm not a fan of loading down a pizza with alot of toppings. One or two just sprinkled on is fine for me.
