Stormy's and it was meant to be an alternate look at his comment regarding teaching young ones about gun safety. An extreme look but by no means the most extreme example I could think of. In retrospect though, it was too far removed from the original topic and the comment about Texas' enactment of open carry. It's interesting how not only different cities and states look upon guns but countries too. Here it tends to come down left vs right while say in Israel it's widely supported.

Many people forget that the middle exists and is growing. The extremes of both the right and left have alienated many of us. From a political standpoint, this benefits the Democrats because they still tolerate moderate Democrats, while the Republican party calls out and eliminates their moderates before or during the primary which only leaves right wing extremists who don't really stand much chance in a popular vote.
