Need help: DTR 30.5 or Harmon Kardon AVR 3700

I recently got a set of B&W speakers and a Subwoofer from a friend. My setup now is B&W DM303 s as fronts, LCR60S3 Center, DM600S3 as surrounds and ASW600 Sub.
I had a Harmon Kardon AVR 3700 receiver and got an Integra DTR 30.5 with the speakers.

I have never used an Integra. Would appreciate any suggestions on picking between the two receivers.

More about which features the avrs offer for your use, neither are particularly up to date feature wise. The HK has a slightly beefier amp section.
