Really, I'm not sure I've heard much in the way of complaints about cheaper TVs in recent years. They all just seem to do 'just fine' for those who are looking at that price of TV.

I agree with your last paragraph.. An RV trailer is not the kind of environment that requires critical viewing, at least not for me. Its there to pass the tiime on a rainy day. Nice days and evenings are spent in the great outdoors. The TV speakers sound awful BTW but I dont care.

TV speakers suck on all thin flat panels. Extra sucky on the budget models.
