You have a great setup!!!!

WTG. I love the in-wall rack. Very sweet. I still SOOOOOO wish you would do a center tower. That will be a HUUUUUUGE improvement. The biggest you can make, IMO. HUUUUUUGE. Maybe someday long into the future.

So, with the above in mind, Im not sure what that cabinet is doing in the middle. For storing movies? If so, good, that means its not utterly necessary to be placed there for future purposes.

Also, posters are cool. I have one on the back wall. However, if you put them on the sidewalls, you may get more visual glare in the periphery, more reflection of audio, and take up space where treatments could be mounted.

You might want to acoustically treat the room eventually. HTs are desired to be pretty dead, even more so than music setups, typically speaking. DIY is the cheapest, and otherwise they are not cheap. IOW, I wouldn't recommend spending more on treatments than on a speaker upgrade. But. believe it or not, there is as much $ in my HT treatments as there are in my HT speakers (not including sub). And Im using 7 speakers. I've found that the more I tame the room, the more easily I can crank the volume, because when I hear irritating sounds (which are probably often reflections) I don't want to crank it further. YMMV.
I agree, if you can use a third tower for your center you'll have an ideal theater setup with a perfectly matched front soundstage. The only reason the lay-down center channel really exists is because TVs typically prevent a the same speaker being used as a center channel that was used for the left and right channels. It also makes for an exceptionally clean front of the room!

I thought I would repost my updated pics for everyone. I would like to put them in my original post but I can't seem to edit that post!

You mind if I come over and watch some movies?

BTW, props on the Pro-Linear's. I used to have a Full Pro-Linear stereo before I upgraded to Energy. Still sound good for what they are. My brother has is Performance Series setup still, and it still sounds great.

You're very welcome.

Sooo... if that rack/bench thingy will be removed, would you consider spending for an identical tower as a center channel. I highly recommend it. And if you succeed in doing that, I will be very jealous and hate you passionately for the rest of my life. :p
Please don't hate....I finally did it. I replaced the towers in my living room so my wife is happy and I now have 3 matching identical tower across the front stage of my theater room with 1 spare put away just incase. I must say you were right...it sounds great! The dialogue is so crisp and clean now.

I also installed a blackout roll-up blind over the huge window and have some framed posters and signs on the way(merry xmas from the wife). I will post some more pics after the holidays. And thanks again for the recommendations everyone.

It has been awhile since I have been on these boards, so I thought I would post a few pics of my room now that it is complete. The only project I have left is to build a riser for the back row of seats.

Great equipment and the room looks great.

I also like that you are using a full size speaker for the center. Very good.

I realize you have space limitations but your speaker placement is in need of some attention. Way too close to the walls.

Happy Holidays!!

Very well done, the only thing I would do is just a tad bit of cable management in the back. It looks even better since you mounted the PJ and the seating is awesome. Definitely a nice room I could enjoy.

Thanks for the input guys...

Westcott- I definitely do have an issue with space, and the way I have it seems to be the best I can do with the space that I have.

Sherardp- I have dealt with the cable management issue using zip ties etc. And you actually would have a hard time seeeing anything back there anyways. It just shows up with the camera flash! :)
