No Country for Old Men is a good movie. I don't know that I'd watch it repeatedly though. Who cares if everyone likes it or not, to each his own.

Jack;)
Hey Jack, I just love to rewatch that movie. And you should to, period!

And besides, you have to, if you want to be my friend.

Bob

I agree with Jack. I did enjoy it, but I don't expect to watch it many times. I'd much rather watch "I drink your milkshake" There Will Be Blood, which really should have been the one to win the Best Picture Oscar that year.

The Big Lebowski is my favorite movie. Funny every time. I remember when I turned 7 my parents let me rent Terminator 2 on VHS and I watched it three times in a row then went over to my buddies house and watched it there all in the same day :D.

Lately I've been watching Wanted quite a bit. It's basically the Matrix with a sense of humor. Great stuff. Also great demo material as well. Borat is great to pop in for laugh now and again too. Hopefully Bruno will live up to the hype.

Worth repeating.

"The Big Lebowski" is a riot of good laughs each and every time, also one of my very favorite for high replay value, but I already said that on my very first post anyway. ;)
And besides, it's a high repeat to say movie title.

As for "Wanted", it is also part of my list of high replay value movies.
Great flick with a cool concept.

All in all, got to agree with you here Septim.

* And I should mentioned that j_garcia is absolutely right about "There Will Be Blood". Great performance by Lewis, great cinematography, great story, great musical score, a masterpiece of cinema art.

+1 for these titles, always fun to rewatch.

"The Blues Brothers"! How could I forgot that one???
Great title for high replay value, Dave. I would even include the second one too.

And again, great choice about "Clerks I & II".

Same for "Animal House".

"Planet Terror" is out of this world, great flick with outrageous scenes.

* Way to go, Dave. :)

I can't believe no one's mentioned this one, or maybe they just don't want to admit it:

Top Gun

I also remember watching Beverly Hills Cop about a million times as a kid.

Own it on Blu-ray. It was $12; couldn't resist. And I still enjoy it (not that it is anything more than a popcorn flick).

Dogma is another one for me :)

Planet Terror I didn't like. It didn't really pay homage as well as it could have IMO. It was fun, but not good.

Lebowski is a movie that I didn't like the first time I watched it, but it grew on me :D

"Planet Terror is more and more growing on me".

"Top Gun" is just silly.

^ "Super Bad" ^

^ Ya, "Super Bad" ain't a bad one to rewatch when in need for a good dose of laugh.

"Christmas Vacation" is always cool around Christmas time.

"Shawshank Redemption" is a true classic.

*** My personal best for replay comedy is "Young Frankenstein".
"Mouse Hunt" ain't bad either, I always make sure that I rewatch it once in a while.

IMO, Galaxy Quest is a seriously underrated movie. I had low expectations of it and it ended up being a great poke-fun-at-the-genre movie. It was a pleasant surprise.

Iron Giant is one of my favorites. Good call on that one.

I had several good laughs rewatching that one, again just last night.

Hey people, guess what I just rewatch on Blu-ray last night?

Yep, you guess it. :) "Tropic Thunder".

So, this one is also definitively a high replay value movie, with good laughs, great picture quality and terrific soundtrack with all what you wish for.

A pure delight for the senses and the mind. I just love it. :)

Highly recommended for rewatching.

That was much better the second time around for me, but I'm not sure I'd watch it over and over. It definately aint no Back to School.

+1 for Galaxy Quest

"Bolt"

I just rewatch "Bolt" last night, on Blu-ray. :)

I reenjoy it again for several times now (about 4 or 5).

Near the beginning, there is a super cool strong bass extension that runs through your entire body; very inventive, invigorating, invincible, involving and immersive.

The Picture looks phenomenal, and the Soundtrack is a pure envelopping aural delight.
All in all, a true masterpiece for the senses. :)
