Ok, the Analysis plus guy Mark e-mailed me back and asked me to take the post down. It's deleted now, but I think it'd still be cool to discuss it. He recommends that if you have any questions it's best to call them on the phone. I'm still skeptical, but I'll respect his wishes.

You can always paraphrase what he said. How can that be private?

But, it is a waste of time dealing with them about facts and especially about audible effects. If they had the data to support audible effects, it would be on their website in bold letters even I could find.
No, they prey on human gullibility.
