MiniDSP 2x4 HD with Audyssey multi X

Hi Every one.
I have recently purchased the MiniDSP 2x4 HD so I can correct my Subs,
When I get a nice Room curve, I will need to recalibrate the system With Audyssey,
My Question is, How do I recalibrate the system so the settings I have made On the Mini dsp. will remain.
Hope I have made it clear enough.

I’d adjust the minidsp so after Audyssey assuming you are shaping the bass differently.
