Well, it is Klipsch Bookshelf for MY Ears, as opposed to others, collecting basement dust. I need speakers that Party and not laid back. You know what I mean? As someone mentioned and has many times, "It's what YOUR ears like."
I have to eat my words and brought back the ELAC B6.2 and Polk S-15. The Klipsch R-51M and R-15, are back in storage. lol More speakers in storage, will give away, including Center channels. My current non matching speakers are right on que. The old Klipsch speakers had to much treble. Perhaps my ears are finally settling in?

Some of that can be corrected with EQ, but some can’t, so careful matching is required. Probably would be better if neutral voicing was a rule, but for one reason or another, we have a free market where people do what they want.
Brands want to stand out in the showroom maybe some people deem neutral boring . I don’t understand that …. Or why neutral is avoided now ?
