We seem to get more inquiries from India lately. The challenge is that we do not know what other brands you have available. In that price range (around $400 US) there are limited options. The Klipsch (I assume you mean the R40M) will have a higher efficiency due to the horn tweeter, so they will require less power to achieve the same volume. They will sound quite different from the Polks. I can't find measurements for the R40M, but the R41M is on the ASR web site and the response looks pretty ragged. If the R40M is similar to the R41M then I would not recommend it.

No measurements for the Polk ES15 but ASR reviewed the S15. It has a much deeper bass response than the Klipsch and looks smoother overall. Of the two speakers, I would prefer the Polk.

ELAC Debut 2.0 B6.2 fairly flat response, maybe a little bright but decent bass.
JBL Stage 240B but I don't have measurements.
The JBL HDI-1600 is currently half price in the U.S. A little above your budget but if there is a similar sale in India that would be a real bargain.
Heco Aurora 300 - they only sell the Heco towers in the U.S. but they rated well so the bookshelves should be deent. They may be one of the cheaper options.
Mission LX-2 MkII but this is purely a subjective review with no measurements.
The Focal, Qacoustic and Fyne offerings will be above your budget.

Of those options, the HDI-1600 on sale at $500 US is the best option but above your budget somewhat. If you want to stick to around $400 US, I think the Polk and Elac are probably the better choice. Then the Mission or Heco if the price is significantly better.

You have not mentioned what receiver you have. To use an active monitor you need a receiver with pre-amp outputs. The receiver would likely have RCA connections for pre-amp out, but the HS5 and BX5 use XLR and TRS inputs, so you would need an RCA to XLR or RCA to TRS adapter. The other issue is that the HS5 is a "nearfield" monitor designed to be listened to up close. The BX5 may be the better choice as a surround speaker.

If the receiver does not have pre-amp outputs, then you will need a passive (unpowered) speaker.

That looks like a good price for the Fyne F300. I could only find measurements for the F301 but suspect that the F300 would measure similarly. A little forward in the 700Hz to 2kHz range and a pronounced dip at 8500Hz but not that bad for the price. If the surrounds are for movie viewing, I would not be too worried about your choice. If they will be for multi-channel music, you want a speaker that is fairly neutral or close to how your front speakers perform.
