This is why so many are closing. Ebay and the hobby sites have crushed them.lol, Well Pawn Shops pay about 1/4 of whole sale so maybe more.
Shoots bro, I'm way down South in da swamps of Louisiana! You eat Crawfish before? we love them down here! I can send you some. That depends, are you tryin' to pinpoint my location?Yup, I'm out west.

You misspelled Prawn Shop!lol, Well Pawn Shops pay about 1/4 of whole sale so maybe more.
That was a trick question. Not much different than the 5308 per ebay.....https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_nkw=Denon+AVP-A1HD&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_osacat=0&_odkw=denon+5308&LH_Complete=1&rt=nc&LH_Sold=1
I think it looks quite nice in your hall of fame you've got going. That was a trick question.
The person who bought my 5308 asked me a few weeks later if I had an AVP-A1HDCI to sell.
But you guys know what happened to my AVP-A1HDCI. Thus, couldn’t sell it.![]()
Ha! Same family as crawfish. You misspelled Prawn Shop!![]()

You like it better than your JVC models?Epson EB-PU1006W, More 4K HDR10 Panasonic
Conclusion: I love my Epson EB-PU1006W 4K Laser Projector; it produces a great picture quality from both HDR and SDR.
Pros:
Cons:
- 4K HDR10 and SDR Performance look great (Panasonic UB-150)
- Black levels and Contrast look great
- Colors look great - very vivid colors and extremely eye-popping
- Superb 6000-lumen brightness (I use 60% brightness, but sometimes go down to 50%)
- Excellent picture quality for contents that have excellent picture quality
- Small Incremental Zooms - movies of different ratios can fill screen
- Capable of 4k/HDR/SDR at 60Hz
- Excellent Laser half-life (37,000 HR at 60% brightness, 47,000 HR at 50% brightness)
- Not heavy for 6000-lumen projector - 34 lbs
- Quiet (28dB at 70% brightness) for 6000-lumen projector
- HDR reduces brightness level (~ 30% reduction, I have to increase Brightness)
- No support for 3D-Video
- No support for 4K at 120Hz
I do.You like it better than your JVC models?
Ohhhhh that's interesting maybe someday I'll be upgrading that Epson 6050I do.
I didn’t compare side by side. But I recall HDR was too dark on the JVC. The Epson actually has the horsepower for HDR.
I think JVC will always be the Contrast king. But I’ve seen enough on this Epson to love the PQ.
