When you live in an apartment, you simply have to accpet the fact that you will hear your neighbors. If you were making noise at an inappropriate time that would be one thing, but during the day, which is 8:00 am to 10:00 pm to me for the most part, he can't say a frigging thing. I'd tell him to go f* himself too. A guy downstairs from me tried to pull that crap too when I was in an apartment and I called the managment and told them "If he comes to my place again to complain I will beat the s*** out of him, so you better take care of it first." Though you can hit your rug to clean it and make as much noise you do it between 8am - 10pm. I'm not sure but i think the manager will take his side. I dont want to play any race card (as a foreigner), but he could be biased. He has showed that once. Even though I dont want to believe it. My wife is a native though. Could it really be because I have a nice rig, and an attractive wife (just kidding, well not about the attractive part). Why would people be jealous of other people stuff. I refuse to believe that. Anyway I will still think of going to the manager to see what happens.
