That is not a weak receiver - start with the receiver first.
Worry about any amps later - do not under estimate the
Yamaha.

i ask about the receiver because i have one more week to return it to the store and get my money back
and something else.
either to buy other receiver , or buy pre amp + amp

Where are you located? Can you try some neighbor's gear to do some comparisons, or get some other gear on a trial period within the week?

If your budget allows it, since you said you're more interested in music, I'd suggest trying out a few different DACs (instead of receivers) with the analog input of whatever you have available for volume control.

This is the dumbest idea I've heard in a long while - made my laugh actually

the Flagship is LSM 707
and for the price i can get this model , i think it's better to get it and not the Lsi 7/9/15/25
right?

there is no reviews for this model
maybe because it's new
Exactly my point, yes I know the LSMs are the current Polk Audio flagship, but they are not yet known quantities. The LSIs are known quantities, but they are 4 ohm speakers. Your 2010 will likely handle 4 ohm speakers well enough provided your room is not too big and you don't listen at high SPL.

It made me say "R----------------i--------------------g----------------------h--------------------t":D

Somebody needs to read The Audio Critic 101.

Amp, preamp, DAC, CD/BD player, wire/cable/cord are insignificant compared to loudspeaker, room acoustic, & processor.

Rebuttal: I don't care what all the "experts" say, I know what I hear. Yes, dammit, it's level matched.

Well, if you can get these things for half price....buy it.
....I don't even know why you would hesitate.

Seriously, even if you bought them and didn't like them, you could make money reselling them to someone else.

AND if you get cold feet, forward your deal over to me, and I'll pick those things up for that price in a heartbeat.

BTW: I'm running the full Lsi line in my HT and I'm perfectly happy with them. I would see no reason why the new speakers wouldn't be worth their price tag, and an absolute steal at half-price....
Ditto. Ive been running LSis on my HT rig for nearly a decade.

Separates almost always work better, but it should work just fine.
