How do I know what resolution I am getting from my projector?

I was wondering how I find out what resolution my projector is getting? Does it say it on the Blu Ray player while a movie is playing somewhere? Or does it say it in the menu of my BenQ LK970? Thanks for your time guys!

I would think your projector can provide that info....

The menu should show this info. Or, the manual can be read- online, if you don't have a copy.
