Help in choosing between 3 subs

Hi. I just audition 2 subs. A Klipsch RW-12 and a Boston Pw-900. I prefer the sound of the Boston but my room is wooden floor on a second floor so I a little afraid of too much shaking and vibration(the boston is downfiring), and of course there is SVS. I can’t audition the svs , I not live in USA but I have the opportunity that a relative can bring the svs to my country (Costa Rica) So any recommendation of the perform of these subwoofers against a PB12-NSD or maybe the new SB12-Plus for a room 26x15x10 .My current subwoofer is a Yamaha YST-SW300 12 inch driver with 175watts rms. The price will be about the same between the 3. Thanks

I've heard the two svs your referring to. For the room size your decribing the svs pb12 nsd is your best bet. The other two subs you have mentioned I can't comment on, but would bet the svs is better.
That's a very big room(3900 cubic ft). Send svs a email and I'm sure they will give you a quick response!!

Unfortunately those low frequencies will be transferred into the structures, no matter which way the driver is facing, or what you have on the floor.

Only option is lower volume.
