So I'm getting the new generation Aragon Pre-Pro + Amp.

Hopefully it will have plenty of HDMI Inputs, HD-Audio, and all that jazz.

I remember Aragon (new) products were too expensive for me when I was still in college.

But now it's a whole new ball game.

I would have to say a Emotiva XPA-5, Aperion 6 series spks all the way around, and a set of Axiom EP800 subs, Richard Grey pwr cords and Blue Jean XLR cables for stocking stuffers. Also would like to be employed again (just a after thought).

I'm just looking towards something leaps and bounds better than what I have, not just a baby step up. Have a Mac A/V peice and 2 or 3 of those beautiful amps would just be a crowning acheivment for me.

I emailed the CEO of Indy Audio Lab regarding the Aragon/Acurus availability and got this repsonse:

Thanks for taking the time to write. I think I also saw you contribute on the Forum. Hope you can continue that too!

We’ll definitely keep you posted on new stuff coming out in 2010. It’s coming together for us here in the lab rather nicely. We’re encouraged and look forward to showing “the world” what we’re up to in the not-too-distant future.

I would then start offering JerryLove money to buy back Matt's speakers and move very close to Chris so that I could torment him as well. There would be a well funded NE GTG right across the street from Doug if I could swing it. Sawzalot's dog would have free reign of the joint but Adam would be on a leash.

For gear? Realistic type desires point me toward a current rec'r and maybe an Oppo modded Oppo and well ... everything else.

Could be interesting Alex...there is a field across the street from me. Sod this year I think...A picnic in a huge yard with no house...we could make it work!

I want to see us do a NE GTG in real time, a real place where everyone can meet up shoot the breeze about anything and everything, put faces to the names and just move one step closer to solidifying our friendships, heck we could preserve the day on video and I'm sure that would turn out to be quite funny for all to see.Flip Flop potato sack races and all out twister tournaments with a farewell badminton challenge, the shear excitement.

I would like to add on an audio video note , I wanted a new plasma display so bad I looked for about a year and when I was just about to give up and wait till spring to see what they brought to the new show in Vegas, I caved and bought the Pioneer 500M I would say I wanted it so bad that I tasted it,and now I have it and couldn't be happier, it really is one of the best displays I have ever seen and I'm not even calibrated yet.

Was hoping to see a bright orange Gallardo or red F430. All I saw was an empty slushy driveway. Guess I wasn't a good boy this year.

Always wanted to have a set of these Julius Futtermans (not so much though that I could or would want to taste them). I just thought they looked cool enough to display as well as heat the house in the winter.
