Obviously, I do not know the details of your situation, but sometimes it is possible to be vested in a retirement plan that cannot be collected until one is of a certain age (such as 65). In such cases, one can quit one's current job and look for another one in the meantime (usually it is best to do this in the opposite order, as getting a job tends to be easier when one already has one). One can possibly also become vested in a second retirement, and then collect both. Of course, usually both retirements do not add up to more than one retirement from a company for which one has worked for the total time.
If you are stuck, you may wish to do a little research on whether or not you can sue for a hostile work environment. You might want to start with a search online if you are not flush with money for a lawyer. If you take this approach, usually it is useful to keep an exact account of what happened and when it happened, with lists of witnesses and such. (Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, so you should not construe this as legal advice; for legal advice, you should speak with a local attorney whose expertise is in the relevant field.)
You might also discuss the matter with trusted coworkers to see if they have any useful suggestions for dealing with your situation.
Also, instead of cussing at the student who removed the stem caps from your tires, you could call the police. Theft and vandalism are crimes, and a visit from the police might do him some good. (On the other hand, it could also make the kid angrier with you, and wish for vengeance. Use your own judgment regarding the best approach.)
You may wish to check into mulester7's suggestion of transferring to another school in your district. They may not all be equally bad.
I'm sorry I don't have any better suggestions than the above.
