Halon,

You been gone for a while. Welcome back shipmate!!!:)
Great to be back my friend, and thanks! I'm zeroing in on some upgrades and got a little upset over myself for being gone for so long. :D

I've met ParadigmDawg, he's a pretty cool guy. Gets you drunk, takes advantage of you, listen to some nice gear and will even feed you taquitos with hot sauce that makes it hard to breathe . The memories :p. I will probably be visiting him again soon enough .
I heard you guys met.

The Canada meet up would be nice. Not having to cross borders would take a lot of stress out of the trip. Adam, is your GTG going to be happening soon?

I have never met anyone on here, but I do shoot the $%^& with 1 other member outside the forums.
Oh yeah, I also talk to people outside the forum. And yes, I also shoot some serious **** with someone else.

We are ready to have you and J over again and we are inviting DT along for the ride. If anyone else is in the DFW area just post up and you can come too.

We went to the Zest fest again this year and the dealer that makes the hot sauce, I gave you, said they quite making it because it was too hot! I have plenty left so get ready again!

Quite a few of us in Florida have met up over the years.

If you're interested in meeting other members, just hold an audio meet (GTG) at your home. It doesn't need to be elaborate. Just open your home up to people who bring a pair of speakers or equipment.
Be prepared to have your feelings hurt and feel inadequate. Loser has an awesome dedicated HT room (and despite his footer I think his spouse actually encourages the purchase of toys). Scuba Bob has Krell and Wilson speakers, Steven has well an awesome house (JK Steven). These GTG can be expensive afterward.:D

Sounds good. I am working on a few things and I will be ready to test and show you what a girly sub you have :D.

If you want real hot sauce there is a place near me that sells some stuff with a warning on it that says it isn't for consumption but mass production of food and that eating it straight can cause death . I bet that burns a little! Probably best not to have that stuff around when drinking...

Sheep, the location is still TBD. I do have a number of carpet samples at home, though, so I'm at least one step closer to my place being presentable. It'll definitely be next year at the soonest.

I have met bugbitten and got to hear the Axiom speakers for the first time. As far as I know, Doug and I are the only forum members that reside in Western Kentucky. I would be open to having a small GTG or perhaps Doug may be as well. His home is much bigger than mine. If, any of you are interested I will be more than happy to approach Doug. He seems to like things like that. I also chat with several outside of this forum on a regular basis.

Cheers,

Phil
