Ah Faux what a bunch of losers. Most of these people were not violent! What about the Trump supporters??? Their voices haven't been heard yet! It's what I always notice with Faux: they don't care. CNN/Msnbc, I see people who are genuinely disturbed by this stuff. Faux and the Republican speakers it's half-concessions. Graham- I got some great results with Trump, but it's time to move on. How sad.
Graham's brain/ conscience died in 2018 (McCain)....

To those that are inclined to write this off as a fringe movement...remember that half of the police, military, national guard are Trump supporters.

So I don’t agree that this is tolerable behavior. It should never get to this level. I do find it interesting that all the protests and riots over the summer that injured and killed many people. Destroyed businesses and government buildings was written off by the media and even justified in some ways. Yesterday some Congress people got scared and it is the end of the world. Not sure why security was not beefed up and it should have been. Who ever let that happen should be held accountable they knew about this for 3 weeks. I heard yesterday the mayor asked for extra security and did not get what was needed for security of the city. But I think the capital is protected by he capital police who report to a congress. Not sure it that is true or not.

As we saw all summer and now yesterday less than 1% of the protesters are troublemakers and 99% are there to be peaceful. But all get grouped together when bad things happen.

If we can not separate the 1% and call them out and hold them accountable for the laws that were broken and specially for their terrible action we can never heal this country. So we need to stop the bull sh-t. We can’t encourage protests and justify violence on the left and demonize it on the right. Its bad period, for both sides. Not sure why we can’t all get on the same page.

My 2 cents.

The DC national guard is under the control of the defense secretary (Chris Miller, the Orange fck's crony). Criminal Donnie held back the national guard long enough (as long as he could) for his terrorists to breach the building and threaten the life of the vice president and the entire Senate. This has a lot to do with why his own vice president and most of the republican senate turned against him yesterday.

Everybody in congress knows what went on yesterday except for a partisan rabid fool like you.

The Orange thug will pardon himself soon for all his crimes! But, we'll see.

Wrong. The DC National Guard is under the authority of the Mayor of Washington, DC. The mayor called them up.

In support of the DC National Guard, the governors of Maryland and Virginia also mobilized some of their National Guard units. They both also contributed several units of Maryland and Virginia state police.

Very mature of you to call me a partisan rabid fool. Typical Response from people like you.

The Congress owns the Capital police and are responsible for there own protection. If they needed more protection they do have a stake on raising awareness to that. Amazing what a bunch of victims they all are, not one of them stood up leading up to yesterday and made it known that they were potentially being denied proper security...or maybe it is simply was not true or they did not plan for a worst case scenario. Which is kind of the foundation of a good security plan.

The orange thug should have been arrested this morning for insurrection against the United States. That building is supposed to be one of the most secure facilities in the world!! Isn't it just a bit strange that some of the capitol police are caught on video opening doors and welcoming these terrorists inside. At other times, they won't hesitate to get the guns out even if you were walking on the other side of the road from that building.

IF a BLM protest breached that building, would you be singing the same song? They would have all been shot in the face within seconds. But, it was different rules for the deadweight hillbilly terrorist yesterday eh? Yep, we all know that about.

The capital police report to Congress. Not the president. So not sure what that means. I guess the republicans in congress instructed them to open doors or at least it sounds like you are implying. This is a major security failure. I agree. Not really sure who is responsible. I am not sure anybody really does right now. Time will tell, I am sure we have an investigation into it.

Btw. I clearly stated that I am against violent and destruction on both sides. So not sure why you seem to think I support this effort. That would be wrong. This is actually the worst thing that could have happened during this protest.

To all of you that want to compare this event to BLM...here is the difference.

The sitting president summoned these people to Washington on that day, at that time, and instructed them to go to the capital.

try as some of you might, this is the epitome of white privilege and white power.

”we love you”

white lives matter!

In times of public emergency, the governor of a state, or the mayor of DC, can call up their National Guard units. The Defense Department then runs those NG units during the emergency.

Read the links below. What part of them don't you understand?

On 4 Jan 2021 the AP said:
Also confirmed by CNN, on 4 Jan:
Politico said today, 7 Jan:
"After the Pentagon on Wednesday approved an initial request from D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser to send in more members of the D.C. National Guard — opting to mobilize all 1,100 of them — top Pentagon leaders huddled to decide whether to take additional action on Wednesday night, the official said. Miller and Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy ultimately decided to mobilize additional personnel due to the severity of the situation."

Regardless of how or who was 'called up' yesterday it was a grand cluster 'F' !! Add that to the fact that the fat ass @ 1600 couldn't address our country on live TV yet 'thanked' his group of protesting thugs, pathetic just pathetic

Because like Trump, Fox News, and other Republicans your”denouncement” of violence followed by a quick “but” seeks to obfuscate the obvious... they were invited, incited, instructed, and ultimately escorted through the the Capital

anyone with any police/military experience knows that the capital steps and any breach of that building should have been met with lethal force!
the VP, Senate, andHouse were in session.

i don’t know you well enough to call you a racist. My problem is that so many Republicans and evangelical Christians are adopting the language and rhetoric. I gets harder to differentiate....
