I bought 1 LP and 2 45s. Genesis "And Then There Were Three LP", Dire Straits "Sultans of Swing" and Doobie Brothers "What a Fool Believes" 45's. Good memories!

I thought I would give equal time to the old farts (like me) on the forum-my first CDs were all reissues.

Mine was a 45 single of "Little Black Egg" by the Nightcrawlers, which quickly became the theme song of my grade school garage band (no need for a fuzz box-just turn the amp to 11).
I'm proud to be part of the OLD FARTS Club. The first record I bought myself was 'I FEEL FINE', The Beatles. And I STILL love that song.:D

The first record I ever bought was The White Album.

I rode my bike all the way to Jamesway and put down my hard earned paper route money.
