Locking banna plugs.. (never used them but I am dieing to get ahold of some to try them out)

Color does make a slight difference if I am given options I shoot for blue.
If it has to be laid on the floor in sight then white.
3. Is speaker cable jacket material important? Is a certain type of look and feel preferred?
I hate to say it but i like the way audioquest packages their cables.

1. I prefer quality banana plugs.

2. Although the jacket color is not a deciding factor, I do prefer a dark color - dark grey, brown or black, in particular.

3. The material is not very important to me. I do prefer jacketed cables, but most jacketing materials are fine.

1. Banana plugs or locking Bananas.

2. Black or a color to match the decore of the room (White, Tan, etc.)

3. The tech flex type material found on some high end cables looks nice if you want the cables to be seen, but is not necessary if they are supposed to blend in with the room.

3) Yes speaker cable jacket material is important to me. I like it to have markings so I know which one is + and -, and finally I like it to be composed of two jackets for extra protection from interference.

1. Banana Plugs, preferably locking, with insulation around the grip to lessen the chances of shorting.

2. I run most everything in-wall or through furniture, but if I have to see the cable, I'd prefer it to be a neutral white so it blends in with the baseboards.

3. Soft, flexible jackets are best. Not too much friction, though -- need to be able to pull it around corners and through voids.
