Craig Chase posted the following about me on his forum (I can't respond there because he banned me):

"He was using direct profanity towards me, he posted a PM, and he has been on an attack campaign on AH throughout this entire ordeal."

1. Profanity - An outright lie. Craig was the one who used profanity towards me in his PM. I did not do so even in my reply unless the word "dumb" is considered profanity.

2. Posted a PM - I did do this (even though I normally would not do so) because he scolded me on the forum but ended with "welcome to forum" and smiley faces while sending me a nasty PM that said I was "idiotic" and stirring up "sh*t". Thought I would point out the differences between the public/private face of Craig. Also thought it would be kind of ironic since Craig got banned here for posting one of Gene's PM's.

3. Attack campaign - Really? When? Where? I don't recall posting one thing about Craig or his forum before he banned me, and I've been about as middle of the road as I can be about MLS because I'm still holding out hope that he is at his core a good person who made some really bad decisions and will try his best to make things right.

He has done the same to me, but out of respect to Gene's wishes, lets please leave the TCA forum out of this.

IIRC, Santiago stayed at Chez-RaffleHouse too. Didn't he travel overseas with his bestest and most trusted friend, Hugh? I think he called him Hugh-man.

How did all those things work out? I'll bet each and everyone thought they knew the real man. They knew the real difficulties. They each got a version tailored to them of how hard things were. Yeah, they were hard alright and I'd imagine in the cold Siberian winters they got harder still. And so did Johnson but he had something none of them had. Why he had advanced degrees and edited books that med student use.

Does anyone know if he was originally put into the medical unit or if that came later? Is he still there? Is his bond still 500K? I realize the guy had heart catheter surgery but I wonder if he got transfered because he "wasn't feeling well" or because of the circumstances went straight to that area. I am actually surprised that he hasn't made bail. If his wife has the fortunes that JJ alluded to (being Marantz's daughter), then you would think she would have posted bail by now unless it is a strategy to get to some kind of plea quicker. I have lots of questions.

not sure but JJ said Sol Marantz so it may be he was related to Saul (or a typo).

Understood. Perhaps someone who can & does post over there would do me the favor of calling him on the carpet for #'s 1 & 3. It's one thing to twist/spin someone's words, but to outright lie about me is lower than I thought he would sink.

Oh my god... I couldn't believe it when I read this.

I wonder in what universe it's acceptable to steal over 180K from charities and charitable causes, yet low class to criticize such behavior. Mark Schifter is very good at what he does, and I think JJ is too proud and arrogant to admit that Mark was selling him just like he was selling everyone else he met.

TC just closed a thread that I was posting on. I was asking him about a post that he made saying something very vague about saving it (the post) for legal purposes. He would not answer my simple questions on the thread instead he told me to give him my phone # and he will have "these" people get ahold of me. I told him he was the one that posted to begin with so why could he not answer my questions on the forum. Why all the behind the scenes stuff? He couldn't open about it and make things easy. Strange attitude over there.

I think that would be best. Perhaps venting along these lines is best handled at DontSchifterMeBro.com I don't know who owns it (it's not me folks) but might be a more appropriate place and IIRC, the language allowed can be a little salty.
