I am still facing a problem with the current release of the Dirac Bass Control using the Onkyo TX-RZ70
I have two (Nubert) subs, one in mid room and one in a room corner, which measured "fine" (Umik-1 + Dirac Live latest final edition) during the measurements (nothing to complain about). When i finally generate Dirac Live Bass Control filters it shows a very "peculiar" error, because both subs show an identical gain calibration value of "+12db", which seems to be the upper limit of correction as stated. Dirac Live did not show any errors during its measurements. I did not "manipulate" anything, as is advised in the literature I found on the internet. I only subtracted 4.5db from ist shown filter value as stated in the corresponding menu, because I use two subwoofers. Even the filter outcome for "No Dirac filter" is already "infected" by this behavior. I tried "+3db" and - in a 2nd run - "+10db" bass addition (several times with the latest final release of Dirac Live), as stated earlier by Dirac, but the outcome was the same. I tried already to change the gain of those active subs, but nothing changed...
Something must be going on, because both values can't be the same sitting right on the limit value of the filter correction. Because this "problem" shows up with and without Dirac Live (it appeared after my measurements), I can't point in the direction of the cause. Could be Dirac Live or Onkyo firmware...
Before this I did a reset to factory conditions (V121-xxx...) of the build-in firmware observing all the timings and rules stated.
