Yes. I would leave it alone. Unless there's a huge disparity that needs a closer look. As @Pogre mentioned, ypao sees the room acoustically, not visually as we do. Different room layouts, and things like furniture, and flooring materials will effect how the sound waves arrive at your ears. When something like ypao measures the environment, it does so in the way that your ears hear. That's can be confusing if for example your speakers are placed at 5m, but the avr sets the distance at 7m(arbitrary numbers). The physical distance doesn't matter as much as the acoustical distance.
