Tough loss triple OT:eek:(I'll take it like a man:p)! I guess Arkansas was ready for this game! I don't know how this LSU loss will effect the BCS, we'll wait and see how things play out tomorrow and find out Sunday? Its been a really weird season, can't remember a year like this?::confused:

WOW...whatta day!!..........scratch LSU off the list of hopefuls.

3 teams left with a realistic chance to play for the national title!!!!!!!!!!

Winner of KU/MU tomorrow
WVU
and last but not least..............OSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I figure the best chance for OSU to play in the title game is the winner of MU/KU game loses to OU in the Big12 championship game. (very possible) With that said.... WVU will have their hands full with UConn tomorrow.

It will be fun to watch everything unfold:D

Things keep looking better and better for the Buckeyes!! Wow...LSU losing at home to R-Kansas?? The way this seasons is going..... it only figures!!

If OSU is lucky enough to make into the big game....I really like their chances against any of the remaining teams in the hunt.

PS...sorry....2 loss teams need not apply;)

Careful what you wish for. LOL! ;)
Even though no 2 loss team has made it to the BCS game. The pundit's will have a difficult time in their decision just to hand it to OSU so they can make that leap and here's why.:D

Sat, Sep 1 Youngstown State W 38-6 --
Sat, Sep 8 Akron W 20-2 --
Sat, Sep 15 at Washington W 33-14 --
Sat, Sep 22 Northwestern W 58-7 --
Sat, Sep 29 at Minnesota W 30-7 --
Sat, Oct 6 at (23) Purdue W 23-7 -- *
Sat, Oct 13 Kent State W 48-3 --
Sat, Oct 20 Michigan State W 24-17 --
Sat, Oct 27 at (24) Penn State W 37-17 -- *
Sat, Nov 3 Wisconsin W 38-17 --
Sat, Nov 10 Illinois L 21-28 --
Sat, Nov 17 at (23) Michigan W 14-3 -- *

hardly the making of a deserved BCS invitation, although I would agree with OSU fans about their chances against Kansas, Missouri or W.Virginia in that game! However this process is left to the idiots who award the points within that system so who knows?:)

LOL....Now THAT would be hilarious.

OSU moves to #1 after both the winner of the KU/MU game and WVU falters down the stretch. Then a 2 loss team plays OSU for the national title.

Bwahahahahahaha...... I guess it can happen. Either way, I don't care so long as somehow the scarlet and grey can sneak into the top 2. As it stand right now, the Buckeyes still need some help so the "2 loss scenario" isn't even remotely in my thoughts.

I am not a Tigers fan:p! IMO the Tigers are still a very good team even with 2 losses on their resume. Lets just say the team I root for "sucks". Their coach IMO has a bigger mouth then Les Miles when he made his "catastrophic" remark after his teams humbling loss last weekend, but I guess they come from the same school of thought and don't think before they open the "ole pie hole".

Great weekend for college football. If the Buckeyes remain 3rd in the BCS and play USC, that's not such a bad thing. That will be billed a huge game in many eyes. USC looked great against Arizona St. Heck, they're all healthy, and some feel they might be the best team in the nation.

Man, those OT games were nerve racking. I can't imagine being an LSU fan watching that game. Geezus. And how about Kansas fans? Man, what a pounding. Those kids from Mizzou are tough, and they've got some serious speed in the backfield.

How about Tebow breaking his right hand? Ouch! That's too bad, because he's by far the best QB in the league right now. He just doesn't have the team behind him.

That Tennessee/Kentucky game was a barn burner. I can't believe Kentucky blew their chance to win that game. I was pulling for them hard.

And what happened to Oregon? UCLA - are they really that tough? The game wasn't televised in our area, so I can't comment.

WVa spanked Uconn. Not even a game. It was hard watching it after the first quarter. There is some serious talent on that team.

You guys know who Mizzou lost to on Oct 13th, right? How big is this upcoming game? I hope Oklahoma spanks them bad, but Mizzou has a revenge party to attend, and some high hopes if they can pull that one out.

BEF 1,

It was not the juggernaut Oregon team. They were down to their 5th (and last) string qb and a reserve flanker taking snaps. The only healthy back was a converted safety (from last week). The starting/healthy wingback was 3rd string. ALL the skill players were 3rd string or lower. Only starting option back Jonathan Stewart played about half the game but was injured. The Ducks have also lost all of their inside linebackers to season ending injuries. It was really sad to go from undoubtedly the best team in college football to such impotence in a couple of weeks.

UCLA is awful. They stand NO chance against USC.

Coach Bellotti says it's the worst season of bad injuries he's ever seen. That's saying a lot since annually his staff produces the most lost games in the 2-deep roster of any team in the Pac-10.

Get rid of the trainers says I!!

GO BUCKS!! :)

As predicted........

Mizzou is a 3pt dog.
http://www.vegasinsider.com/college-football/odds/las-vegas/

Let's go OU!! Don't let yourselves get "UPSET" by the inferior team!!

LOL... The pussycats are going down!! (fingers crossed)
and your point is? The line only establishes a starting point for people to wager. Great example was this weekends New England line over Philly:eek:. I'll take the points and the other Tigers:p, besides it would be nice to see some other teams in place of the of the usual one's, in the the BIG GAME.;)

Just say these words.................. "Mizzou, overrated, #1, Underdog"........10 times really fast, and I think you'll begin to get my drift.

Maybe yes. Maybe no.

Don't wish for a game with USC, BE_N, cuz the Bucks don't have the speed to keep up. USC will destroy them.

Nevertheless....GO BUCKS! (And Tigers...Clemson type.)

USC didn't look that fast against Stanford. HEH

Give me a break.... That's the same kind of garbage we heard 24/7 before the OSU defense manhandled the supposedly invincible and "too fast for OSU" Canes on the way to a national title. Poor Dorsey was tossed around like a little rag doll for the entire game....and the game should have been over in regulation. I doubt any team can destroy this years buckeye squad unless a flood of turnovers are involved. If you don't protect the ball....anything can happen.

With that said, I think USC is a better team than Mizzou or WVU. OSU vs USC would be a great matchup at the Rose......but I'm still hoping for an OSU-WVU battle in Nawlins. I respect USC's game....but it's a little lacking for either WVU or Mizzou.

PS...I feel bad for you guys when Dixon went down. After being in the hunt for the title game for nearly the entire season....now they'll do well to finish bowl season in the top 25. What do you think his prospects are in the NFL?? Do you think he'll be a WR?
