Car totaled, any dealers here?

I'm very much over 'driver dynamics'. It's why Infiniti is lower on my list. I would consider a QX80 but they are a bit too large I think but I believe they are very bang for the buck used.
I would remove infiniti off your list, I had a G37X Sedan granted it was 2012, but they are nowhere in the same league as BMW, Lexus, or Audi. I have also owned an Acura 09 MDX. The finally brought the tech current now and I would consider them as well. Plus..It's a Honda lol

If you’re looking for an SUV the GX460 is incredibly tough to beat and will last hundreds of thousands of miles. Furthermore it’ll go places off road you’d be terrified to take it.

Look for a Lexus with the Mark Levinson sound system then add a JL Audio 8” sub as the system is tuned for grandma with no bass. The finger trackpad or joystick seems annoying at first but you get used to it in a couple days. Still wish they had a touchscreen but that’s my only complaint.

Lol. I guess I am looking at grandpa car's. Just saw a 2016 LS460 with 70K miles for $26.6.

Any tips for negotiating or is the current market a sellers market? You do any pro-bono buyer representation :)

It is a bit of a sellers market right now with the tariffs happening, but I am not sure that applies to a car from a dealer. I just looked up my STI and it went up a few thousand from about 6 months ago.

Just put a deposit down, PPI contingent, on a 2012 LS 460L with 106K miles. $13.9k. I'll let you know all how it goes. The interior looks showroom new and it's a lot less than $25K...

I was about to reply to your previous post when I saw this one. Honestly most dealers don’t negotiate much anymore on used as their pricing is already “somewhat aggressive”… just how the market is now.

the 2012 LS460 with 106k miles for $12k is the best deal o. The market and I would buy that car all day everyday, twice if I was in the market. I’m not even joking a little. The 2012 has a timing chain and not a timing belt, odds are if you’re in your 70’s the car will outlive you. Also be very careful, 120 feels like 55.

If you haven’t already bought that car do it yesterday… for $12k you can also get a 5 year old Altima, kinda the same as buying a soundbar.

Honestly can buy the LS460 and a gen 3 4Runner both for $25k and solve all your problems for the rest of your life. Add a JL audio sub ($1300 installed ) and you’ll never leave your car.

Likely have few if any problems with it since it's a Lexus.

I ran this sub in my ES350 with the factory Mark Levinson and it was beyond fantastic. My teenage daughter still tells me she misses that car.

Should measure space first but it fit perfectly in the trunk between the wheel wells and barely took up any space.

The low profile JL Audio 8" sub is $199. I'd have to drill new holes in the rear deck mounting ring. I think it would also require a line output converter and amp. So I'd need to home run power line from the engine bay.

The issue with pulling from a cigarette lighter is they are fused ~150 watts. Would probably be ok doing that and would go that route first and see how it goes.

The most I've done on car audio is simply head unit swap's. With those I just use heat shrink and I have a butane soldering iron and a trim install kit for the dash components. Haven't gotten into running stuff from the engine bay on back to the trunk.

PPI is next Thursday. Crossing fingers there isn't anything major. It may be a Lexus but it's still 2012.
