You keep rambling on about the same crap and know one takes you seriously anymore. No one takes bose seriously in the audio industry, why do you think that bose does not post the frequency response of there speakers? So you think that your bose 901's can best my Martin Logan Ascent i's?

A buudy of mine has the 25 anniversary 901's (2 pairs) He's using a THRESHOLD class A amp for the fronts, and a BRYSTON 3b for the rears. He got a sweet deal on the amps, aswell as the 901's. There isn't a day that goes by where he doesn't say he can't wait to get rid of his 901 CACA speakers and finally use his amps for what they were made for!

I personally don't think there is anyone out there who is running 901's with that amount of audiophile equipment, and hey guess what they still sound like CACA with the 901 Equalizer.

You do not know what Martin Logan is? Well that explains allot, like the fact that you have not been outside since bose came out with the 901's.

I'm not sure if I've ever mentioned this but I AM A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF BLOSE (3 years) I can tell all of you first hand, I had to destroy products on a regular basis (every Bose product there's been ever) let me tell you QUALITY whether it be sound quality, materials, build quality, it's all BAD, really BAD!

I"ve heard every Bose product there is, 90% don't even come close to justifying the 300% mark up they put on all products. And the 10% that actually sound OK (barely) have been discontinued to make way for the Lifestyle, overpriced, overhyped garbage systems. Why would anyone pay $5000 for a system that is not much better than most HTIB $1000 and under.

Just a peice of advice, if anyone is going to praise BLOSE in this forum, they better know something I don't about BLOSE, otherwise I'll bust you everytime.

Not trying to be conceited, just some FYI, and perhaps a challenge!

whatever. For the $1699 CDN price tag there is so much more out there which sounds better, with more high's, lows, mids, without having to use some magical EQ or 2 or three EQ's or maybe seven EQ's.

WAIT I'm sorry, perhaps the 901's would sound good with Nine Hundred and One Equalizers, maybe that's where they got 901 from?

Look, you can sit and pleasure yourself with your Two EQ's, but before you do, go to your nearest AUDIOPHILE shop, and ask them about 901's. While your there, listen to some of there merchandise, and then come tell me about your magical 2 EQ's.

.....hey, blunt is good....I don't have a Super Bose System....I experienced that already....anyone who has stayed conventional stereo and not gone to 5:1 or 7:1 and has at least one pair of Bose 901's using one equalizer needs to try two....I assure you, if I were to ever run into serious money, I would again have a Super Bose System for nostalgia's sake in one room somewhere in my house and again listen to Hummingbird by Seals And Crofts....some are thinking throne room....whatever....I'm done with this topic....
