Thanks a lot. I live in a decent sized apartment right now, but the den is only 10x12, and they only have b15's and the T65's in stock.......so as I would love to pick up the t65's for the house I am moving into at the end of this year....they are simply overkill for me right now. And my original budget for my mains was around 1k, thats including the center channel if need be. But I have been thinking that I might just pick them both up and store the T65's and then when I move I can use the T65's for my mains and the B15's for my surrounds. Oh and I checked out the c60 today as well.....holy crap that thing is HUGE!!! My amp doesn't come in till next week.....so I will have to wait to get back to you guys with my results.

Oh and I am REALLY REALLY torn between my 2 sub choices. I was considering the SVS PB12-NSD or the Outlaw LFM-1 EX, I have heard the Outlaw is much more musical than the SVS and they are about equal for H/T. What do you guys think....I have heard a few SVS subs in the past and have always been impressed.
T65/C60/B15, an awesome combination...Yes, buy the T65's, and store if you want, but get real...Your skin will start to itch, your face will turn red, your hands will start to tremble, you will be pacing back and forth in your apartment, and you know why??? Because, even though the B15's sound good in your current environment, you know you want to hear those T65's with music, and want to "test" the whole 5.1 setup with a movie. I'll bet anything that you will not resist temptation, and those T65's will not be in storage for long, maybe not even be stored at all...:D

As for your sub, haven't heard the ones you mentioned. Myself, just pulled the trigger for an HSU VTF2-MKIII.

BTW. What kind of amp will you be getting? The entire image line has a fairly high sensitivity and despite being 6 ohms nominal, they are easy to drive. I have an entire PSB setup with T45s, 1B (B15 replaced them) and an 8C (C40 replaced it) all being driven from a Technics A/V receiver. The receiver doesn't even break a sweat when running them at a good volume. My receiver is not what I call a powerhouse.

My H/K AVR 147 should be coming in next week, so from what I hear that should be enough power, not a lot of headroom, but I think it will suffice. And it matches my whole setup perfectly. I built a new HTPC a few months ago ad it is black with a silver power button and a blue ring of light around the button. And I have a 50" LG plasma that also has blue accents. So all the blue accents on the AVR should work quite nicely! What do you think about that AVR being enough for the T65's?

Haha. You are so right!! I will be looking like Tyrone Biggums in no time! lol. I'm just worried that if I hook them up they will never get "unhooked" and I will be racking up noise complaints in no time! Not that its not possible with the B15's, but if the cops came and saw those little bookshelves, they would quickly discount the complaint and be on their way.....now the T65's on the other hand!!

I think your H/K won't have a problem with the T65s as long as your not going insanely loud. You should be able to hit the mid 80s in SPL with no problem. They are quite efficient.

Thanks for the input. I can't imagine wanting to go above that SPL level, especially for more than 30 seconds.

So can anyone give me a direct pro/cons between the SVS PB12-NSD and the Outlaw LFM-1 EX?

I have heard excellent things about both, but they seem to have similar SPL level capabilities, but from what it sounds like the Outlaw wins as far as music goes.
