i have 280s in my living room setup but looking for a pair of towers with good bass for music only for my garage. not using a sub.
love both the treble and bass of the 280s.

Hi BM I don't own the JBL's or the Klipsch RP-280. Perhaps KEW can help you with an answer. I will say this If I had the money for the JBL's they'd be mine. I've read the bass on the JBL's 580's are good enough though.
