Good subs...I'd concentrate on their setup and then enjoying for a while before worrying about a change....

Gotcha.. I'm still working on my setup because I don't think my Dolby Atmos ceiling speakers are in the right spot

Got some good tools and gear....placement is one thing but seating is another (up against a boundary isn't generally a good thing).

Just the way it is, some rooms need to be used for more than just one thing

I don't think it is ever a good thing. There should be some space behind the listener for reflected sound to dissipate a little.
