? about HSU customer service

im picking out a sub for my girlfriends sisters husband..lol...she gave me 300 bucks and said if i needed more let here know...i saw the deal on the stf 2 and i think i want to order that..but if he doesnt like and we want to return it how are they about that? any one had exp...thanks

Hsu has an excellent reputation. I don't exactly know their return policy, but whatever it is, I would count on them to honor it. The STF-2 at the sale price is a great deal, jump on it IMO.

I have the same problem when building PC's. I always end up making the decision's for my own stuff more spontaneously than I do for other's and they usually end up with something better than me. Oh well...What can you do?

If the Hsu is properly set up the Klipsch is a distant second. My opinion is based on owning a Hus VTF-2 for five years and reading reviews and posts about Klipsch subs so take it that vain.

I owned a Klipsch KSW-12. I own a HSU VTF3 MKII now. I think you are really going to be pissed! LOL

You may be used to the Klipsch and not like the Hsu. That happens all the time with speakers.

The Hsu should be cleaner and tighter, but if you are not acustomed to that, it may not sound right to you.
