5 meter XLR pair

Hey Doc, put the crack pipe down ! I have listened to many a 'high end' system with speaker cables in plain sight, didn't alter the sonic enjoyment one bit !!

OK, let's use 'custom installation'- in custom, only the equipment that needs to be seen is seen- why would anyone WANT to see cables laying on the floor, or more ridiculously, on cable stands? That's just clutter. There's no sonic benefit to fancy looking cables, so why bother spending money on them?

As I understand it, given the proper gauge all wires sound the same.
Stick around, you may learn something.

I'm sorry, did I mention that I don't use cables because they feel like poop? No, that was YOU. I have been working in audio/AV/network for more than 45 years and have hundreds, if not thousands, of very satisfied customers- what do you have, besides cables that feel good, to you?

I asked a hypothetical question, based on actual experience. Most cables DO provide the same sound or close enough that any differences are inconsequential, assuming there's no comparison happening. I HAVE heard cables that degraded the sound terribly, but those were the cheap ones with molded ends that sell for a few bucks. I didn't even need to listen critically, the difference was obvious.

Try to understand what you read, rather than post crap that makes you seem to think you're special.

Nah, I am not a pseudoscience guy as yourself.

You must have an extremely short memory- go ahead and search my comments for comments that fit your inaccurate description. I'm one of the people who posts that the BS coming from the marketing departments is worthless.

Having one of your spells again? Maybe it's time for you to take a nap.

I understand perfectly. Not enough rest?
Hey i could use your help. I just posted a new thread and would appreciate if you could help out.

Thanks in advance

Everyone here understands this.

Well, they obviously don't, or they wouldn't ask or comment that cables are magical.

I'm not going to search for a new thread.

Only newbies be live in magic and you quickly chase them away with everything sounds the same arrogance.

This thread has become laughable, pathetic, you name it, but after all these posts and what, 11 months later.......
did you ever get your 5 meters of XLR ?

Nah, I tucked the no name black ones I had as best I could under the electric baseboard heater. Not too obvious but beige would have been better.
