This looks pretty sweet. I actually got goose bumps watching the trailer. It looks like a twisted evil version of Troy (that's a good thing!).

If you enjoyed Sin City, then you need to check this trailer out. This movie is based on another one of Frank Miller's novels I guess.

Wow, I really like the color palette and framing (that I can tell from the trailer), Its very faithful to the highly stylized graphic novel. (Which I do own...... might be worth some $$$ on Ebay now).

I'm also thankful they put loincloths on the actors.

I'm really pumped about this one. At first I thought it was a remake of The 300 Spartans. A classic movie. The tale of Leonidas was one of my favourites as a kid. Cool tale and even cooler that it's rooted in fact.

I'm even tempted to go to the theater. And believe me, that's saying something with the substandard theaters we have around here.

Ever since I first saw the trailer a couple months ago, I have been impatiently waiting for its release.

Actually, with all the good movies coming out this year, I am mostly looking forward to seeing this one.

Yea just recently seen the trailers. Looks awesome if it's half as good as GLADIATOR I'd be happy. The battle of Thermopylae is again fresh in my mind due to the trailers and the fact Discovery Channel did a documentary on that battle a short time ago The sparten solider was like no other! Taken from his family as a child and left up in the mountains to fend for themselves. If they were lucky to survive then later come down and fulfill their destiny as a soilder. Damn I hope I got that right.
