1990 Pioneer speaker ?

Pioneer St 500 floor speakers 3 way ? about 3 ft tall...they are part of a system that includes a pioneer sw 1000 sub and sx7 ? rear speakers..

I think the 500's were only made for a short period of time.

does any one have an Idea on how much they would be worth in excellent cond from the original owner..
Any help with the sub and the rear set would be appreciated also

I am just getting back into a system and I am looking at picking these up
along with a pioneer cd and receiver..I found info on them but not the speakers

The 500s have two 8" woofers correct, and the sub is a 12"?

Yes the sub is a 12 in ,yes 8 in bass in the 500's.. receiver vsx9700s, cd...pd8500

Go for it, the 500s retailed for around $1000 as well as the Receiver. The CD player went for $600 (if it has a digital output that would be nice). The SW-1000, get this, was $5000

When and if you get this stuff, it would be really cool if you took some pictures. I really want to see what a $5000 Pioneer subwoofer looks like.
