Please read my comprehensive review of the Denon AVR-5805. There isn't a processor on the market at its asking price that can compete with its feature set, processing power and measured performance. However if you lean towards simplicity of operation and design, EMO is the clear winner here.

Don't hold your breath, manufacturers are still months away from knowing processor/firmware requirements of these formats. Then you likely have 6-9mo of product development phase and another year or so for software. But if you wait just an additional 2 years, another format will come out...
