How are Trinnov Amps some of the best amps? And at what cost? Trinnov amps have a 5YR warranty like Bryston, which is not even as good as ATI's 7YR warranty. Trinnov 200x8 amp is $16K w/ 5YR warranty, which is ridiculous for $16K. It's not any better than any other 200W amps.

I recommend ATI. The company has built amps for many high-end companies - including Lexicon, Mark Levinson, Cary Audio, Earthquake. ATI also owns Theta Digital, B&K, and DataSat. They have both A/B and Class D amps, and they come with a 7-year warranty.

Yeah class D amps are switching amps too lol..so it can be switching ps + ab amp modules, or linear ps + switching amps or switching ps + switching amps.

I love how clean this class d (diy) amp looks and the measurements are SOTA. If we could get manufacturers to do the same with these type of modules, we'd all benefit.

If they don't reduce the price of their amps, the a amount of sales will definitely go down. That's all they deserve. Many amps including some new Class D amps that cost a lot less and perform just as well will replace them.

I'm sold. On class D amps that is. They've demonstrated SOTA performance, the only unproven aspect being long term reliability, and even that becomes less of a concern as they're going into "mature tech" at this point. The Bryston is a bit bougie, but kudos to them for their 20 yr warranty.
