Hmm. So If somebody has the TEAC for less than tne NAD, its a good deal. What happened to proprietary NAD design?:confused: Edit: Actually, this brings me full-circle. If NAD and TEAC share designs, then NAD offers no advantage in quality, so I might as well get the H300.

Perhaps I will add the C715 to my list. It is only 25 watts/ch, but I doubt if I ever use more than 5 (plus NAD is ususually conservative in their power ratings, with plenty of headroom.) I like that it is CD only (no video processing.)

I haven't read her books, but I do understand they are considered serious literature. I would never associate Pitt/Jolie with anything even remotely serious.:cool:

I have decided to go with NAD, and probably the L54 (It is available at a very good sale price from Audiophile Liquidators.) I just need to be sure that this will offer no compromise in SQ compared to the BEE combo.

When I get nice new speakers, the absolute last thing I want to do is start disassembing them! There is pretty much a 100% chance of ruining them that way. Also, who am I to second-guess the engineer who designed them?:eek:

If by revenge you mean "an eye for an eye" then no, none of we heathens want to sink to the level of religious maniacs by committing such atrocities. Saying "its your belief and I am OK with that", however, is more than you can reasonably expect from us.

We atheists have had to endure centuries of persecution and abuse, frequently including torture and murder, by Christians and other religious fanatics. It is a bit late to ask for tolerance towards them from us, don't you think?
