It doesn't match my bike either, but it did come with a bike rack. Exterior is a little beat up since it lived its live in SF, but interior is extremely clean and mechanically it seems very sound. New trans/clutch with warranty on the trans. Timing belt was done and he included every service record for the car. 1 owner, 100% stock, clean title. It was a great find IMO.
Dude asked me if I wanted the bike rack because he said he would keep it originally, but when I went to pick up the car he said "Ironic thing is, my bikes were both stolen last night, so you can have the rack." Wow, that sucks; he had two nice Klines apparently.
First issue already popped up, in Subaru fashion, parts are expensive. I saw the boot was torn on one of the axles and figured it would be $100-200 to replace. Nope, special part specific to this car and cost a wonderful $400... It is going in this morning for a once over by my Subaru mechanic and hopefully to get that axle done (and not find anything else major).
Already on order: WeatherTech digital fit mats front and rear, lamin-x yellow covers for the fogs, good condition used STI top mount intercooler to replace the somewhat beat up stock one. Tint gets done on Tues.
To come: Drop it down a bit
brakes: I have the Brembos already but need rims to clear them on this one also, so rims&tires, sst lines, rotors/pads/brembos.
Despite being ~100lbs heavier, the 2.5L turbo is a lot smoother, pulls much harder than my WRX and really hauls butt for such a large car.
