Has anyone had problems with their Bluetooth volume being too low?
(Regardless of how high the volume is set)
The headset is a Plantonics Voyager 520.

I have that problem in my car, but Ford Sync hasn't been very solid on phone connections, so I don't know if I should blame the S3.

You do know that you can turn the volume up/down with the buttons on the left side, right? Not trying to be insulting, btw :) ...just pointing it out.

Hi Adam, it's my wife's Bluetooth headset...so anything's possible:D
Though it did work fine with her old flip phone.

I've heard of an app remedy the problem. However, in my mind I'd rather see a software update, rather than loading a third party app.....if that makes any sense.

Do you know which app?

Also, Verizon released an update to the OS. I downloaded it last week, I think. I manually went and checked for an update and found it. I don't know if they've started pushing it out to phones, yet.

Thanks for getting back so fast Adam.
Here is where I read about it: Low volume
Unfortunately it says it fixes the volume issue though sounds tinny.

Well, Verizon finally released the Jelly Bean update for the SIII. I give that a combined "Woohoo!" and "It's about time!" :)

I just happen to check for a software update this morning, and Verizon has a new one for the S3 in case anyone out there hasn't seen it, yet. One of the things that it supposedly adds is multi-window operation.

I thought the S3 already had that? My issue with it is just that I am not sure if you can choose the apps that go on the multi-app flyout?

From what I read this morning, at least one other carrier rolled that out to the S3 earlier. I just got it this morning, and I don't know much about it. I gave it a quick try, and maybe it'll grow on me, but it didn't seem like the most useful thing for my purposes.

Same here, the choices it has aren't exactly things I would expect I would need to multitask.
