He went in for one and the insertion caused a certain and immediate "response". He said he was so embarrassed but the doctor told him that it just happens sometimes. I guess you never know what will happen when you stick something someplace for the first time.

For full reference my last name is Trann (vietnamese but with an extra n) and I'm a white dude. Many of my best friends call me tranny and she thought she offended me. I felt bad for her.
