But Kevin Voecks, the Lead Designer for Revel, knows what he's doing and i've really got no doubt those speakers sound just outstanding. If you can audition them that's a very good route to take. You can use them all around, but generally people get bookshelf speakers for rears to reduce cost, as the rears don't play nearly as much content as the front three.

The M105 is probably overkill for a surround.. though I don't know how much it'd cost you to be honest. My advice would be to evaluate the cost before anything else, as surrounds don't get nearly the workout that fronts do. I think these: EMP Tek E41 Bookshelf Speaker would do nicely as a surround speaker. ... And I would probably step up to the Denon 431x series of receivers as they have audyssey xt32 ... and I would toss in one of these: Crown XLS 1500 | Sweetwater.com But yeah.. besides that, that setup you came up with sounds wicked. I'm getting the hang of it now and couldn't be happier!. Also, doesn't output digital (2 channel)l to zone 2 anymore as they assume you're using the hdmi for that now. Don't pay msrp.
