Looking for a small sub

I know XTZ makes highly regarded products. Agreed that you pay a premium for a small size in a sub as well. Speaking of Scandinavian subs, one that I like is the Dynaudio sub 250 at $650. It has lowpass and hi pass settings which is pretty cool.

I'm impressed. You're actually the first person I've encountered who has even heard of XTZ.

That Dynaudio is a nice sub, isn't it? It's not often you find something that size with a 10" driver either.

The MiniMe that timoteo has for sale is worth considering. It's not the greatest for HT, but for a music system it should do quite well. That price is very attractive too.

@theJman: I like Dynaudio products; they are expensive but they make some cool nearfield monitors as well as speakers. I appreciate the info about the MiniMe but I'm rethinking through this project. I plan on moving in a year and I figure my new office/music room will look different from my current one. I'm better off getting the system once I know what the space looks like. If I have enough room, I may switch from a nearfield system to a 2 channel rig.

@timoteo: thanks for the offer but I've decided not to reconfigure my desktop system at this point. It just makes sense to wait until after I move.
