If I recall, that thread was the final straw before shutting the forums down. There were a couple accusatory threads going at the time and that was one of them.

Looks like more than a bit of a "blame the victim" mentality there on the part of a certain person. Just some guy helping out in his spare time and on his own nickel (snort).

I think they meant the bubinga veneer for his custom CS speakers was shipped to Emerald Physics, the speaker maker.

If I get a rental car because my BMW is in the shop due to an accident, I certainly don't think of the rental car as a final solution. But lets take it further and assume my car has been in the shop for 2 months, when originally quoted one week...rental car or not, I'd be pissed at that point.

I wouldn't do business with him if you paid me and paid him. The blame for all the shoddy electronics sold through VA321 can't be limited to only VA321. CrealM / Stephen / Zhen Ming has got to be at least partially to blame for some the shenanigans.

Don't think Jess works for av123 anymore- which is too bad. Spent some time with him during the GTG. He's a good guy. Turns out we know some of the same people in Colorado.
